Weight Room
I went for a few minutes today, I’m really not sure about weightlifting. As nice as it would be to have the extra strength, I just can’t make myself go down there regularly. I don’t remember everything that I did, but I’ll put down what I do remember.

- Bench Press (8 x 95 lbs. 1 times. difficulty: 4)
- Calf Raises (90 lbs. 11 times. difficulty: 3)
- Sit Up (13 holding 10 pounds on an incline. difficulty: 3)
- Dip Bar (160 lbs (body weight). 11 times. difficulty: 3)
