Bike to work
I’ve decided that I need to mix up 40 minutes of moderately paced music, because that’s the only way I can keep from getting way too tired is to have a rhythm to pace me. Wilco’s kidsmoke was good, but then a polka came on that sped up as it went on, and that 123 123 123 was brutal.
