Before Bed
I’m gonna try and do this 2-3 times a week until soccer starts. I still haven’t gone out to do the running, I’m screwed. But I’ll get back into it. I have to do 12 120s tomorrow, I haven’t done one all summer, so it’s balls to the wall. I’m kind of excited for it once I can get over the hump and actually start to do the stuff.
