Before Bed
I’ve had a falling out with my before bed workout since coming to college – before I was pretty well sit doing 50-100 situps on an exercise ball and 20-30 pullups.


But here I have neither an exercise ball or a suitable hanging device, and this is the first time in months I’ve done a before bed.

50 situps on the side of my bed, 25 push ups with my feet elevated. Wussy…
